Fee Structure

Civil Mediation cases are charged $125.00 per hour per party with a four hour minimum.

Mediation of Divorce cases are often ordered by a court. Our fee is half-day (four hours $500.00 per side) or full-day (eight hours $750.00 per side).

Divorce Coaching Services are available and growing in popularity. We accept the individual or couple at the beginning of separation and guide them through all the way until the divorce is final. Sometimes there are attorney(s) involved, sometimes not. Divorce coaching is done on an hourly rate of $195.00 per hour.

Legal Services are available by referral. Each client is free to choose the lawyer of his/her choice. If we are asked to make a referral, all of the lawyers referred to are family law specialists. They often come in for document preparation and court appearances after the settlement agreement is completed.  Each attorney has his or her own rate.

Summery of Divorce Services: We have, what we believe to be, the best approach for serving the needs of divorcing clients in Texas, and maybe anywhere. The cost of our divorce service package usually equates to about one third to one half of the cost of each spouse hiring a lawyer and fighting it out in court. This process is accomplished in a Christian atmosphere and promotes healing, fresh starts, effective co-parenting, and personal growth.

Credit Card Mediation: These cases are charged our standard fee of $400.00 per side for amounts above $10,000.00 dollars. The defendant may be economically desperate. If you qualify, we offer alternative means of paying.

Debt Negotiation: We often represent clients on Credit Card debt and court imposed judgments. In these cases, we operate under a power of attorney. Our fee may be flat rate or hourly as mutually agreed with the client in advance.

Business Consulting: With thirty years plus of experience in tax and financial consulting, we consider each project individually, and usually work by the hour.
